Krystle Watler is currently Head of Creative Agency Partnerships at TikTok. At TikTok, she is
focused on building relationships and driving platform adoption among North American
creative agencies. Prior to TikTok, Krystle was the Managing Director at Virtue, the full-service
creative agency born from VICE, in the Americas. There, Krystle was responsible for the regional
P&L and leading teams across all departments. Krystle was named amongst Adweek’s “50
Top Media, Marketing & Technology Leaders,” Ad Age’s “Women to Watch in the U.S.” and
was nominated for ADCOLOR’s “Rock Star” award.
