Chief Creative Officer
David Lee is the Chief Creative Officer of Squarespace, leading their award-winning creative team whose work encapsulates all creative, design and production efforts for the company. David was recently honored in 2022 as Brand Chief Creative Officer of The Year by Ad Age. He has been named as one of the Most Creative People in Business by Fast Company and has led his team to be honored as Ad Age 2020 A-List In-House Agency of the Year. Since joining Squarespace, David has masterminded eight Super Bowl campaigns and won an Emmy Award for most Outstanding Commercial of the year. Prior to Squarespace, David served as the Worldwide Digital Executive Creative Director of TBWA, as a Creative Director at Wieden+Kennedy London and AKQA San Francisco, and started his career as a Designer and Art Director at Sid Lee in Montréal. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees at his alma mater, RISD.
