Scholars often define leadership as one’s ability to influence others without authority over them. This framing of leadership empowers anyone to lead no matter where they sit in the org chart. However, it begs the question: how is this accomplished? To which the answer is simple: culture. This session digs deep into our understanding of culture and reveal its influence on human behavior and how it can be leveraged to help leaders lead.
